Fleet management is a Prepaid Proactive Professional service that reliefs a company or owner, of a small or large fleet of the daily and or monthly repairs and maintenance technicalities. It dramatically reduces time and money and also track the fleets. Maintenance and repairs costs to each vehicles and return viable operational costs. The 4 Parts of fleet management is as follows:

Prepaid - An advance payment system that guarantees each vehicle and or client, the basic maintenance and repair to each vehicle to be done in the shortest possible time. The basic service parts and materials will be pre purchased by us and stored to ensure there are no frivolous delays as it relates to service parts.

Proactive - A preemptive service system that employs precisely smart practical solutions and internationally trained technicians to ensure that there is little or no downtime as it relates to the daily operational functions of each vehicle, which will ultimately reduce the high operational repair costs and downtime. Our company and team will make, strategize and accommodate routine and planned maintenance on the day or night shift to ensure that all vehicles are always functional and road worthy to the client.

Priority - A system and contract that ensures each vehicle is treated with urgency as it relates to all routine maintenance and repairs. Our technicians also work a second shift that will ensure and accommodate the urgent response as the clientele may require.

Professional - A service that ensure expert and specialized technicians to undertake each assignment of repairs by a company that has all the specialized resources and the technical infrastructure to execute all levels of repairs. The company will make technical and accurate recommendations as it relates to the types of vehicles best suited for each client, the types of vehicles best suited for the terrain and job function for each client and when certain repairs are not practical (Beyond Economical Repairs), as it relates to the age and maintenance cost of each vehicle. We will also be recommending that drivers of the fleets that we manage gets a refresher driving courses in defensive driving skills and how to maneuver the vehicle. Whenever we realize that certain problems occur or reoccur as a result of the drivers negligence and improper driving, we will be recommending viable alternatives to fix the situation.
Our fleet management services provides complete management servicing for our client. The only requirements of our clients is to make the payments as required invoice and we will service their fleet and provide them with monthly reports of their total labour, parts and the recommendations of the special work that needs to be done, according the manufactures specification.
