This inspection certificate professionally and legally describes the true condition and functionality of the car bought. This process however is after the fact of the car being purchase to advise the new owner of the types & scope of repairs that is actually required to have the vehicle in good operation. In any event the new owner will now have true knowledge of the technical working status of the car.
